Strategic Plan 2020 – 2025
Warrina Homes has an ongoing five-year Strategic Plan to achieve its key objectives of remaining the boutique aged care provider of choice for residents and staff in the North-Eastern corner of Adelaide.
A few of the priorities in the current 2020 to 2025 plan include:
- Successfully achieve triennial accreditations – April 2021 to April 2024 – with a person-centered care philosophy
- Investigate future Assisted Living Developments as part of strategic growth objectives
- 27-dwelling Independent Living Development at 43 Avenue Road (2021/22) – Warrina Gardens Project
- Continually explore opportunities for organic growth or growth by strategic acquisition
Our strategies are closely aligned to ensure the very best care for our Residents.
To achieve this, our Management team continues to focus on maintaining positive operating income, controlled expenditure and ongoing investment in information technology.
All of these actions are focussed through the lens of our core Vision, which is that Warrina Homes will provide – in partnership with its residents – independent living and residential care facilities that nurture individuality, quality care and spiritual, physical and emotional wellbeing within a Christian environment.
