The Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) is non-refundable. Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) is fully refundable. The Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR) is set by the Australian Government (currently 4.04%, effective from Jan 1st, 2022) and is built into the Calculator.

  • We are fully accredited as an “ageing-in-place” provider. This means that we are able to provide the appropriate level of care for whatever your care requirements are at any time.

  • All residents pay a basic daily care fee which is regulated by the Commonwealth Government. Depending upon your financial circumstances, the Government may also determine that you should pay an additional income-tested fee/means-tested fee.  You may also be required to pay a fully refundable Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD).

  • Before you can enter a Residential Aged Care facility, you will need to be assessed by a Commonwealth Government Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to determine the level of your initial care needs. Your doctor can arrange to refer you to an ACAT team for this assessment.
