The building of Warrina Close was started in January 2000 and residents started moving in, in July 2000.
All 16 houses were sold off the plan before the building had begun. This meant that the future residents had some say in the colours of their homes. We had a choice of six colours for the tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. Warrina Homes then chose the colour paint to match. We were also given a choice of carpet from Carpet Choice within a certain range.
