Strategic Plan 2026 – 2028
Warrina Homes has an ongoing three-year Strategic Plan to achieve its key objectives of remaining the boutique Retirement, Serviced Apartment and Residential Aged Care provider of choice for residents and staff in Metropolitan Adelaide.
Our strategies are closely aligned to ensure the very best care for our residents. To achieve this, our Management Team continues to focus on maintaining positive operating income, controlled expenditure and ongoing investment in information technology.
All of these actions are focussed through the lens of our core Vision, which is that Warrina Homes will provide – in partnership with its residents – Independent Living and Residential Aged Care facilities that nurture individuality, quality care and spiritual, physical and emotional wellbeing based on a Christian ethos.
