Dr. Diana van Jaarsveld

Diana is a multi-skilled professional with over 17 years of experience in Human Resources spanning the Healthcare and Energy sectors. Her dynamic and contemporary approach and extensive industry knowledge supports her passion for good Corporate Culture as the cornerstone of business growth. She actively promotes women’s advancement and fair HR practices, previously serving as a Women’s Advancement Group Committee Member. Diana holds a Bachelors Degree in Behavioural Sciences, an Honours in Human Resources Management, a Masters in Employee Relations, and a Doctorate in Employee Relations with dissertation in Employee substance use behaviour. She also published three articles in international journals, of which two were presented at international conferences.
