Designed to maximise personal space, each of our companion rooms reflect a relaxed ambience and feature built in robes, flat screen televisions, visitors chairs, overhead bed lights, lockable bedside drawers, emergency call buttons, privacy curtains and padded comfy reading chairs. Large windows framed with softly toned elegant fabric and sheer curtains filter natural light into each room. The generously appointed ensuite features a large walk-in shower, vanity with under bench storage and modern fixtures and fittings.

This Calculator does not include the Basic Daily Care Fee (your contribution towards care, meals and services). This is the standard charge for every resident in aged care in Australia and is calculated at 85% of the single person Centrelink pension payment.
The Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) is non-refundable. Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) is fully refundable. The Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR) is set by the Australian Government (currently 8.38%, effective from Oct 1st, 2024) and is built into the Calculator.
