Completing a Masters Degree at the University of South Australia, Jose also holds a Btech in Cost and Management Accounting and a Member of the SA Company Secretaries and Administrators.
Jose has over 27 years of commercial and financial experience, from accounting and financial reporting to progressing into broad-based commercial roles within the banking, consulting and mining industries. He has worked in South Africa, Mozambique, and held responsibility for operations across 17 geographies. As part of Executive teams, he has reported to many company Boards.
Key aspects of Jose’s experience that he brings to Warrina Homes is the modernisation of its operational area, improved processes, and enhanced quality and governance frameworks.

Julie Le Cornu is the People And Culture Manager at Warrina Homes. Working with the Leadership Team, she plays a critical role in shaping corporate culture, training and development, and in enhancing Warrina’s organisational code of conduct.
She is able to provide a unique insight into the day-to-day operations for Board members, providing invaluable input into strategic decision making.
Julie has had a long and successful career in health and retirement services. This includes 15 years at LHI Retirement Services , as well as time at Ashford and Modbury Hospitals.
A registered nurse with a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education, she also holds a Masters Degree in Social Science Counselling from the University of South Australia.
Julie has a strong sense of social justice and diversity, as well as a “health promotion and wellness approach to staff, health and safety”.

Her experience in dementia and palliative care enhances dignity and respect across care delivery within our residential aged care facilities.
After managing several Residential Aged Facilities she joins Warrina Homes as Executive Manager Residential Services. Committed to person centered care, Tanya works closely with all residents, families and families to ensure quality service at all times.
