With international experience across multiple sectors, Andrew has an MBA as well as qualifications in finance and marketing, and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michelle has gained more than 15 years of industry knowledge within Aged Care. She has successfully completed her Graduate Diploma in Gerontological Nursing at the University of Adelaide.

Michelle delivers accurate results highlighting improvements and recommendations to management group and Continuous Improvement Team to ensure evidence-based practice and high customer relations with clients, relatives/representatives, and other key stakeholders.

Committing to finding evidence-based information to increase the safety and effectiveness of treatment for clients is a very important aspect of her job. Michelle has expert knowledge on computerised care planning and medication systems that enable a safe working environment for fellow colleagues and clients, benefitting the organisation. She communicates with clients and their representatives well and forms a strong and trusted relationship.

Jose has over 27 years of commercial and financial experience, from accounting and financial reporting to progressing into broad-based commercial roles within the banking, consulting and mining industries. He has worked in South Africa, Mozambique, and held responsibility for operations across 17 geographies. As part of Executive teams, he has reported to many company Boards.

Julie Le Cornu is the People And Culture Manager at Warrina Homes. Working with the Leadership Team, she plays a critical role in shaping corporate culture, training and development, and in enhancing Warrina’s organisational code of conduct.

She is able to provide a unique insight into the day-to-day operations for Board members, providing invaluable input into strategic decision making.

Julie has had a long and successful career in health and retirement services. This includes 15 years at LHI Retirement Services , as well as time at Ashford and Modbury Hospitals.

A registered nurse with a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education, she also holds a Masters Degree in Social Science Counselling from the University of South Australia.

Julie has a strong sense of social justice and diversity, as well as a “health promotion and wellness approach to staff, health and safety”.
