Warrina Vales prides itself on offering our residents comfortable living. With a choice between a single or companion room, you can make your space a home. When you feel like getting out or meeting others, take advantage of our numerous lounge, entertainment and relaxation areas, or enjoy the expansive undercover outdoor area, tennis court or chicken coup.
We believe life is about living, and our caring staff endeavours to meet the individual, personal care requirements of all our residents.

This Calculator does not include the Basic Daily Care Fee (your contribution towards care, meals and services). This is the standard charge for every resident in aged care in Australia and is calculated at 85% of the single person Centrelink pension payment.
The Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) is non-refundable. Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) is fully refundable. The Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR) is set by the Australian Government (currently 8.38%, effective from Oct 1st, 2024) and is built into the Calculator.
